

Radleys will honour the manufacturing warranties of all
equipment that it sells. We will also make all endeavours
to pursue warranty claims for equipment on the customer’s
behalf for any equipment we undertake to repair. Please
note that most manufacturers require proof of purchase
and date of purchase before they will process any warranty
claim.

Radleys offers a 3 month warranty on any repairs carried
out, from the date of despatch from Radleys of the repaired
product, or until expiry of the original warranty period – whichever
is longer.
- This warranty guarantees the effectiveness of the repair and any new parts installed in the product.
- The Radleys repair warranty does not affect customer's statutory rights.
- The 3 months repair warranty does not cover any additional
faults that may occur with the product unless it can be proved to the satisfaction of Radleys that the repair has
caused a new fault to occur.
- Under this warranty Radleys will repair or replace the unit if a product repair fails during normal and proper
use within the 3 month repair warranty period.
- The repair warranty does not include damage from accident, disaster, misuse, abuse or non-manufacturer modification to the product.
- Consumables are not covered under the terms of this warranty.
