Radleys service workshop at Saffron Walden is equipped
to cope with most repairs. Our factory-trained, in-house
engineers will inspect, estimate and quote the cost
of your repair. If an item is beyond economical repair,
we will quote a ‘repair cost’ and a 'New
for Old' price.
If you have problems in returning equipment or do not
have the facilities for packaging items ready for transit,
we can arrange to collect items or supply packaging. Please
note that in the event that we cannot repair an item within
our workshop we will contact the manufacturer and provide
a quotation for repair via the manufacturer. Please do
not send any items for repair without prior agreement.
Safety: Please note that all equipment being returned
for repair will need to be accompanied by a completed decontamination
