Process Protection

AirClean Systems manufactures a wide range of ductless laminar flow workstations and clean benches which provide a particle-free Class 100 (ISO 5) working environment. These workstations are available in numerous sizes and styles to meet a variety of applications.

Application Solutions

Total Exhaust Fume Hoods

All applications cannot effectively and safely be manipulated in a ductless hood, workstation or enclosure. Total exhaust hoods are required for highly toxic or large-scale applications. AirClean Systems manufactures a complete range of polypropylene exhaust hoods for high-volume or corrosive applications.

Rotary Evaporator Enclosures

Introducing the most user-friendly safety enclosures for use with Rotary Evaporators. Operator exposure to chemical fumes and vapours has long been a concern when using the rotary evaporator. Many laboratories simply place the rotary evaporator into a standard exhaust hood, which takes up valuable space that can be used for other critical applications.

Forensic Containment Solutions

Ductless Evidence Drying Cabinets are ventilated, filtered enclosures designed to safely and efficiently dry and store various articles of physical evidence that are suspected of containing physiological fluids, such as blood, semen, urine, saliva and fecal matter that may require contaminant-free air drying prior to analysis.

Ductless Forensic Workstations are filtered enclosures designed to protect the operator during the processing of physical evidence employing development methods that use latent print powders, chemical reagents, vapours and esters.
